The PeptideAtlas SRM Experiment Library (PASSEL) is a component of the PeptideAtlas project that is designed to enable submission, dissemination, and reuse of SRM experimental results from analysis of biological samples.

2013-04-18: ProteomeXchange workshop in Liverpool, UK.

2012-12-28: SRM is Nature method of the year 2012.

2012-11-28: PASSEL receives datasets from the Human Proteome Project special issue in JPR.

2012-05-11: PASSEL manuscript published.

2011-12-13: PASSEL manuscript accepted.

2011-09-19: PASSEL is still in the final stages of completion. The manuscript is very close to submission.

2011-09-27: PASSEL has been completed. The manuscript has been submitted. Submissions to PASSEL are welcome.
